This summer Mount Vesuvius becomes a place to be experienced not only during the day, offering unforgettable emotions at sunset and at night to anyone who wants to be involved in its magic. The paths of the National Park become places to discover in the company of the expert guides of the Associazione Vesuvio Natura da Esplorare.
From 7 June to 8 September, a packed program of events in close contact with nature including routes and walks at unusual times, from sunset to night.
There are two paths proposed: one at an altitude of 1000 metres, for the more adventurous walkers, and another at an altitude of 600 metres, immersed in the biodiversity of the park, more suitable for families with children and groups less accustomed to walking.
To book for events and find out about the complete and updated programme, the website www.vesuviosottolestelle.it is available. For safety reasons, it is not possible to bring animals and suitable clothing is required, consisting of: trainers with molded soles or trekking shoes, comfortable clothing, sweatshirt and jacket, sweatshirt for cooler nights, water and a small snack, glass to taste Vesuvian wine, personal waste bag. Backpacks and not shoulder bags are recommended for equipment. The routes are recommended for ages 8 and up.
